"Bylaws" are a set of rules or guidelines regarding the operation of a corporation, in this case, the Lake Vista Estates Property Owners' Association. Bylaws set forth the definitions and duties of the Board of Directors, the Officers, and Committee members. They include voting rights, meeting requirements, notice requirements, and other areas involved with the successful operation of the Association.
